Standard call out fee

  • $150 inc GST

Hourly rate

  • $100 inc GST

The standard call out fee is charged for a technician to attend site. This fee also includes the first hour of labour. Most jobs can be completed within the first hour. If more time is required, additional labour charges apply, charged in one hour blocks.

After hours call out fee

  • $260 inc GST (including first hour)
  • $180 inc GST (per hour after)

After hours rates apply to jobs that are requested to begin after our normal business hours.
